I use TheFilingRoom.com for a four man learning team that I am associated with through the University of Phoenix. We develop power point presentations and group papers from four different locations. The alert feature lets each of us know when a change has been uploaded so we can then do our part with the most recent document.

I own a business that performs maintenance on the lighting systems on radio and cell phone towers. We need GPS to navigate to the towers.
